Why is dryer vent cleaning important?

How often should my dryer vent be cleaned?

Per most dryer manufacture's, it's recommended to clean your dryer vent at least once a year, but I reccomend no more than two years.

  • Clothes come out of the dryer damp
  • Your dryer feels very hot to the touch while running
